With multiple six-lane machines, we can produce over 20 million stick packs each month — close to one million every day. We can run a range of widths and fill weights to meet most requirements, from pilot runs through to full-scale production.

We manufacture single-serve stick packs and sachets in a variety of sizes, materials and seal options, ensuring accurate filling, secure sealing and consistent quality across every batch.

Our lines handle recyclable, high-barrier and foil laminates, providing strong protection, extended shelf life and sustainable packaging options for a wide range products.

We blend powders in-house, offering a complete manufacturing solution from formulation through to finished packaging. Our blending process ensures consistency, accuracy and reliability from start to finish.

Our in-house counting division accurately counts and packs stick packs into cartons, allowing us to manage the entire process on-site and maintain full control of quality and presentation.

Quality and compliance are at the core of our operation. Sachet Factory works to BRCGS, HACCP, GMP and FDA standards, ensuring product safety, consistency and full traceability. We also hold Halal, Kosher and MSC Chain of Custody certification, supporting the integrity and transparency of every product we handle.
